Last Florida Getaway for Awhile

We took one last trip to sunny Florida in March - next time our trip won't be as simple as toting a carry-on suitcase and our iPads. It was a nice break from the stress of working on the house, packing boxes, and not to mention our regular day jobs.

The weather was pretty much perfection except for the last day when it stormed like crazy. We went fishing a couple times and caught some impressive (to us, at least) snappers. Mike golfed, of course, and normally I would join him, but I didn't feel like losing a few hours to the golf cart, so I relaxed (napped) on the beach. It was fabulous - just wish we had more than 3 days to enjoy.
